Habitat for Humanity is our favorite non-profit.  The homes are sold, not given, to worthy individuals who must perform 300 hours of community service, attend classes in financial responsibility, and who must work on their own home as it is being built.  We want to thank our trade partners, who labor tirelessly during the Builder Blitz to build a home in one week.  Without their cooperation and donations, these homes could never become a reality.

During the 2010 Builder Blitz, Structures will be building a Univeral Design home in collaboration with the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders 50+ Council.  This home is designed with modifications for the physically challenged. Structures already builds a Universal Design new construction home, and can help you with adding modifications to your renovation to make your home easier to access for anyone who lives or visits there.
